Château Cavalier

takes its name from the small stream that flows through the estate, bordered by the Massif des Maures mountain range.

Captivated by its spectacular beauty, Pierre Castel acquired the château in the year 2000. Considerable investments have been made to turn this rosé-producing property into one of the region's biggest names.

Grand Cavalier

A blend of great southern varietals, alongside Cabernet-Sauvignon, make for an authentic "gourmet" rosé. Its pale lychee pink colour hides a complex and explosively powerful flavour profile. The strong proportion of Cabernet Sauvignon and Mourvèdre combines notes of fresh fruit (raspberry, redcurrant), citrus (grapefruit, lychee) and complex spice. Initial elegance and sophistication becomes increasingly complex, adding spice with floral notes, alongside citrus and red fruits. Elegantly structured, Grand Cavalier is fresh and mineral on the finish.
