On September 25th, we had the honor of participating as an official partner in the 37th edition of the Trophées Le Chef, an annual ceremony organized by Le Chef magazine. This prestigious award ceremony celebrates the diversity of professions that contribute to the excellence of French cuisine.

For the sixth consecutive year, a representative from Castel Châteaux & Grands Crus had the privilege of taking the stage to present the Sommelier of the Year award. We would like to extend our warm congratulations to Margot Duffort from the restaurant Le Gindreau in Saint-Médard, Lot, for this well-deserved recognition.

Our congratulations also go to Alexandre Couillon from the restaurant La Marine in L'Herbaudière (85), who was honored with the prestigious title of Chef of the Year. We would also like to congratulate all the participants for their contributions to this wonderful evening.
