Castel Châteaux & Grands Crus takes part in the Trophées Gault & Millau as official partners.
On Monday 29th November, we were delighted to take part in the annual Trophées Gault & Millau 2022 awards ceremony as official partners.
The sumptuous ceremony was held at the Pavillon d'Armenonville in Paris, in the presence of some of the French culinary industry's brightest stars.
We would like to congratulate Hugo Roellinger of Le Coquillage in Saint-Meloir des Ondes, who was voted Cuisinier de l'Année, Magali Picherie of Le Mirazur in Menton who received the Sommelière de l'année award, as well as all the other prizewinners.
At dinner, our Family Estate Château Ferrande blanc 2019 was paired with chef Olivier Nasti's Foie Gras en neige, Berawecka cream and Tomme des montagnes. The 2016 vintage of Château d'Arcins was served with chef Emmanuel Renaut's confit veal shoulder with carrots and polenta.
