Samule Lee and Maxime Verdier, respectively executive chef and head sommelier at the Michelin-starred Shang Palace restaurant in Paris, present an original pairing for the 2018 vintage of Château Montlabert.


Opened in 2011, the Shang Palace is the only restaurant in Paris to have earned a Michelin star for its Chinese cuisine. Today, a team of specialist chefs, who all master traditional and avant-garde techniques, offer authentic Cantonese-influenced Chinese cuisine.
